Specifies the dimensions, design and construction, materials and finish for general purpose steel ladders, attached to the ships\' structure at an angle not exceeding 15° to the vertical and intended for the movement of personnel from one level to another. These ladders may be used for access to holds, masts, funnels, trunks or inside deck cargo spaces.
