Die Feuerwehr-Steckleiter dient als Angriffs- und Rettungsgerät bei Steighöhen bis zum 2. Obergeschoss (8 m über Geländeoberfläche) und auf verschiedene Weise als Hilfsgerät. Sie besteht aus einem Steckleiterunterteil und 3 Steckleiteroberteilen, die aufeinander gesteckt werden können. Durch die Unterteilung der Steckleiter wird das Mitführen auf Feuerwehrfahrzeugen ermöglicht.
