Der Hocker wird hauptsächlich im Rahmen der ABC-Abwehr der Sanitätsgruppe als Sitzgelegenheit in Einrichtungen zur Personenkontamination verwendet. Der Hocker besteht vollständig aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff und ist somit nassfest und beständig gegen Dekontaminationsmittel. Aufgrund der eimerförmigen Gestaltung des Hocker-Oberteiles ist im umgedrehten Zustand eine Verwendung zum Schöpfen, Transportieren, Ansetzen und Lagern von Flüssigkeiten und Dekontaminationsmitteln möglich.
