Die in diesen TL beschriebene elektrische Doppelkochplatte der Ausführung A wird in den unterschiedlichsten Ausstattungssätzen der Bundeswehr (Bw) und der Ausführung B auf Schiffen und Booten der Bundesmarine zum Erwärmen von Wasser, anderen Flüssigkeiten, Klebstoffen, Kunststoffen eingesetzt. Sie dient auch zum Erwärmen von Speisen in Aufenthalts- und Gemeinschaftsräumen der Bw (A) und der Bundesmarine (B).
