Gives preferred values for characteristic and ratings and also inspection requirements for rotary precision potentiometers of assessed quality. It selects from generic specification, CECC 41,000, appropriate methods of test to be used in detail specifications derives from this document. A blank specification completed as specified in this document forms a detail specification which may be used for granting of Qualification Approval to a potentiometer and for performance of Quality Conformance Inspection in accordance with CECC System.
