This Standard prescribes the flow rates at the thermal limit of the external overhead power lines that make up the Italian electricity grid at a voltage > 100 kV and which are designed in accordance with Ministerial Decree no. 28 of 21 March 1988 and subsequent variants (CEI 11-4).
