A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

The Standard concerns all types of transistor devices used in nuclear instrumentation and powered by the alternating current distribution network or by stabilized power supplies as follows; stabilised direct current power supplies, supplied by the alternating current distribution network, intended for the transistor apparatus referred to above, and which are not an integral part thereof.
