These Standards consist of the translation of IEC Publication 322 (1970), which became the CENELEC HD 91 Harmonization Document, and apply to ohmic resistors (starting, transition, disconnecting, braking, shunting, stabilizing resistors, etc.) inserted in the power circuits of self-propelled rolling stock.
