This Technical Report aims to provide designers with guidelines for the design of the return route for local and/or regional networks. It also includes return route architecture, channel performance, planning and sources of interference, measurements, distortions and testing of the home network. The standard in question completely replaces the CEI CLC/TR 50083-10-1:2009-09 standard.
