The purpose of this Standard is to be applied to define the requirements for the acceptance of rolling stock on infrastructures in order to coordinate the protections between the power supply and the traction units, to coordinate the installed power in the line and the power demand of the trains, to coordinate the regenerative braking of vehicles and the receptivity of the power line and to coordinate the behavior of harmonics.
