The Standard refers to electric forced convection ovens, steam cooking ovens, combined convection-steam ovens for collective use and, exclusively for this use, steam generators not intended for domestic use, with a nominal voltage not exceeding 250 V for single-phase appliances connected between phase and neutral and 480 V for other appliances.
