This Standard - belonging to a series relating to flexible insulating sheaths for electrical uses - establishes the requirements, the mechanical-electrical characteristics, the construction and performance requirements relating to two types of non-heat-shrinkable sheaths: 1. Extruded silicone sheaths for general use (without particular combustion properties) - Sheet 123 2. Extruded silicone sheaths, for general use, with a low percentage of volatile matter (without particular combustion properties) - Sheet 124 This Standard includes the normative references relating to Definitions, General Requirements, Test Methods and Color Designation Code to which reference is made.
