In compliance with the European Standard CENELEC EN 60925, contextual to the IEC 925 Publication (1989), the Standard specifies the general performance requirements of electronic ballasts powered by direct current having a nominal voltage not exceeding 250 V, associated with fluorescent-tubular lamps conforming to the IEC 81 Publication.
