This standard specifies performance requirements for electronic ballasts supplied with a.c. up to 1000 V at 50 or 60 Hz with operating frequencies other than the mains frequency, associated with tubular fluorescent lamps, as specified in IEC 60081 and 60901, and other high-frequency tubular fluorescent lamps.
