This Standard specifies the performance requirements, test methods and conditions required to demonstrate the conformity of tubular fluorescent lamps and other discharge lamps incorporating ignition and stable operation devices (lamps with built-in ballast) intended for domestic lighting and similar general lighting, having: rated power less than or equal to 60 W; voltage rating between 100 V and 250 V; Edison screw or bayonet attachment.
