FASC 3421 R La presente norma si applica alle condizioni e ai metodi di misura delle prestazioni globali di sistemi di ricezione costituiti da una unità esterna e da un sintonizzatore per la radiodiffusione diretta da satellite (DBS) nella banda dei 12 GHz. I canali sono quelli definiti dal WARC-RS-77 e dal CARC SAT-83 e i sistemi sono quelli della Raccomandazione 650 del CCIR.
