This Standard applies only to static meters for indoor and outdoor use, new from the factory and consisting of a measuring element and one or more indicator elements in the same housing, of accuracy class 2 and 3 intended for the measurement of reactive electrical energy in alternating current with a frequency between 45 Hz and 65 Hz.
