This Standard applies to all wireless communication devices capable of radiating electromagnetic fields and which, according to the manufacturer's instructions, are expected to be used close to the human body, with the radiating part at a distance of less than or equal to 200 mm, e.g. held in the hand or near the face, mounted on the body, associated with other transmitting or non-transmitting devices or accessories (e.g., belt attachment, camera, or Bluetooth peripherals), or integrated into clothing.
