La presente Norma si applica ai trapani elettrici trasportabili destinati ad essere collegati ad un sistema liquido di raffreddamento tramite un tubo o per mezzo di un contenitore la cui tensione nominale non supera i 250 V per gli apparecchi in c.c. o in c.a. monofase, e non supera i 480 V per gli apparecchi in c.a. trifase.
