Replace the addition in Part 1 by the following: This annex deals with additional requirements concerning appliances and machines with power driven parts intended to be used by experts or trained users for example in shops, beauty parlors, etc. and appliances and machines with power driven parts which are declared to be for commercial use by lay persons.
