Withdrawn
A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Federal regulations state that a container charged with a compressed gas must not be shipped unless it is charged by or with the consent of the owner of the container. This bulletin provides six methods that should be used to indicate cylinder ownership and authorization.
