A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Gives specification for a synthetic liquid detergent that contains a phenolic quaternary ammonium or other type germicide and is intended mainly for disinfecting floors, walls, other hard surface, and general cleaning. It can be used on a variety of surfaces including painted or varnished surfaces, chrome, stainless steel, glass, tiles, resilient flooring, and porcelain.
