A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Gives chemical and physical requirements for a buffable water-emulsion floor wax for general use on asphalt, linoleum, rubber, vinyl and other floor surfaces. It is not for use on magnesite, wooden or cork floors unless they have been properly sealed.
