CSA Preface This is the second edition of CSA ISO 10015, Quality management — Guidelines for competence management and people development , which is an adoption without modification of the identically titled ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Standard 10015 (second edition, 2019-12). It supersedes the previous edition, published in 2000 as CAN/CSA-ISO 10015 (adopted ISO 10015:1999), Quality management — Guidelines for training. This Standard has been developed in compliance with Standards Council of Canada requirements for National Standards of Canada. It has been published as a National Standard of Canada by CSA Group. Scope This document gives guidelines for an organization to establish, implement, maintain and improve systems for competence management and people development to positively affect outcomes related to the conformity of products and services and the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties. This document is applicable to all organizations regardless of their type or size. It does not add to, change or otherwise modify requirements for the ISO 9000 family or any other standards.
