Gives minimum performance requirements and test procedures to assess compliance to those requirements, for the extracorporeal circuit for use with hemodialysers, hemofilter for hemoconcentrators used for kidney dialysis and associated procedures. Blood tubings and accessory tubings for the extracorporeal circuit, including fluid infusion tubing and tubing to be attached to the extracorporeal blood circuit and pressure monitors are included in this Standard.
