Table of Figures
Specifies messages enabling exchange of electronic healthcare record information between healthcare parties responsible for providing clinical care to an individual patient. The messages allow information from a record to be sent between health professionals. Messages can be used to convey: a complete copy of a patient's record; parts of a patient's record that form a logically sound extract or summary of the record; parts of a patient's record used to update a parallel record on another system.
