    Covers the methods which shall be adopted for the electrolytic de-rusting of steel in non-acid solutions. Process consists of immersing items to be de-rusted in an electrolyte and passing a direct current through it. The electrolyte may be one of two types, an alkaline solution which will be normally used or sea water.
