Gives the requirements for coatings that are applied to specified areas of a vehicle or component to prevent personnel slipping on the surface and coatings that are applied to components such as bridge decking, to reduce the risk of skidding vehicles. When coatings are required to be NATO Green (BS 381C Colour No. 285) they shall also be IR reflective and must comply with requirements set out in DEFSTAN 00-23.
