Gives the minimum non-statutory marking requirements for containers over 216.5 litres and pipelines used for supply, transport and storage of lubricants, fuels and associated products. Does not include equipment at Naval Bulk Fuel Oil Depots and for replenishment at sea, also, the basic colour of containers and pipelines needed by the Services. The requirements of this part are compatible with and complementary to the requirements of NATO STANAG 3149.
