Specifies fixed, nonsolid electrolyte capacitors for all categories of military equipment. Tantalum capacitors, nonpolarized and polarized are for smoothing filters and bypass applications requiring capacitance value where close tolerances not important. Voltage rated at 85 deg C (voltage derated to 125 deg C).
