Covers two grades of issue paper with a carbon coating for use as interleaving for paper, printing, mechanical wood free. Grade I does not contaminate teleprinter paper or operators' fingers on normal handing as it has a harder coating. Grade II may cause some contamination on normal handling as it has a softer coating.
