Gives requirements for a Low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) two-pack, cold-curing polyurethane finishing paint with anti-slip and Infra Red Reflecting (IRR) properties. The paint is meant for spray application to areas of vehicles that have been finished with material that complies with DEFSTAN 80-208. The use of substances and/or procedures that may be harmful to health if adequate precautions are not taken, are called for in this standard. It makes reference to technical suitability only, and in no way absolves the designer, producer, supplier or the user from statutory and all other legal obligations that relate to health and security.
