Diese Regel findet Anwendung auf die Auswahl und die Benutzung von Gehörschützern; sie gilt für Unternehmen, soweit Versicherte unter Lärmgefährdung beschäftigt werden. Hierzu gehören auch - eine Beschäftigung ausserhalb des Betriebes, - die Beschäftigung auf Baustellen, - die Beschäftigung im Bereich des Musik- und Unterhaltungssektors, - kurzzeitige oder gelegentliche Beschäftigung, - der betrieblich bedingte Aufenthalt während Arbeitspausen.
