DI-EMCS-81851, HEMP Protection System Performance Test Plan is hereby cancelled and superseded by DI-EMCS-81851A. This data item description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended-use information for the data deliverable resulting from the HPS test tasks described in Appendix C, sections C.4.7, C.5.1, and C.5.2, of MIL-STD-3023A, as applicable.
