Specifies data cards which provide: - minimum controls for identification of units and groups of units containing explosive mixtures procured by the Air Forcce; - a means of identifying all items containing an explosive lot (or "batch") which proves defective; - a permanent file of data required to maintain administrative and physical control of such items entering Air Force inventory.
