Applies to agricultural or forestry tractors and implements, but only in connection with the special technical safety requirements specified in DIN 11001 Part 1 and the subsequent parts for certain types of implements, in particular to stationary and moving parts, which by reason of their arrangement or design represents a hazard. It applies to new tractors and implements, which within the meaning of the Law on Technical Equipment, are being introduced into circulation for the first time.
