This Standard is included in DIN Handbook 185. Applies to lifting hook nuts for single hooks conforming to DIN 15401 Part 2 and for ramshorn hooks conforming to DIN 15042 Part 2. The assignment of the lifting capacity of the lifting hooks with lifting hook nuts to strength classes and drive mechanism groups is in accordance with DIN 15400.
