Properties of products made of these materials are influenced by type of moulding material used, component design and final condition of products, these in turn being dependent upon manufacturing conditions and type of subsequent treatment applied. Therefore, values obtained using test methods set out are only applicable to specimens of the form specified, prepared as specified, and not to specimens of different dimensions or prepared by different procedures.
