This Standard is included in DIN DVS Handbook 8. Covers the determination of mechanical properties of the all-weld metal deposited by filler metals as covered in DIN 1732 Part 1, used for welding aluminium. It describes methods of sample preparation using different welding processes, and specifies minimum values of proof strength, tensile strength and elongation after fracture.
