This standard is included in DIN Handbook 38 and 110. It is related to the identification and breakdown of the running costs of buildings. In this, depreciation is not included as it is not intended as a tool for assessment of economic viability. For the same cause this standard does not include income from the letting of property or the amortization of debt.
