DIN 19570 Part 1 to Part 4 gives instructions for a standard procedure for the examination (including sampling, analysis, evaluation, continuous measurement) of waste brine and salt-laden bodies water. These instructions shall be followed where it is required to analyse waste brine to determine the discharge rate and quality or to analyse bodies of above-ground water contaminated by waste or salt-laden ground water and for monitoring compliance with limiting values.
