    Diese Norm gilt für die Anforderungen, Prüfung und Kennzeichnung von Brennwertkesseln (im folgenden kurz Kessel genannt), die mit Brenngasen nach dem DVGW-Arbeitsblatt G 260/I und Anschlussdrücken bis 100 mbar betrieben werden. Diese Norm gilt für Kessel bis zu einer grössten Wärmebelastung von 2 MW, jedoch nur bis zu einer grössten Wärmebelastung von 30 kW für Kessel, deren Abgase durch die Gebäudewand direkt ins Freie abgeleitet werden. Ausführungsarten, die infolge der technischen Weiterentwicklung von den Festlegungen dieser Norm in Einzelheiten abweichen, können auf Antrag von einem Sonderausschuss als normgerecht anerkannt werden. Der Antrag ist zu richten an den NA Heiz- und Raumlufttechnik, Burggrafenstrasse 6,1000 Berlin 30. Dem Antrag ist der Prüfbericht einer vom NA Heiz- und Raumlufttechnik anerkannten neutralen Prüfstelle beizufügen. Die Prüfstelle hat bei der Prüfung die Festlegungen dieser Norm sinngemäss anzuwenden. Über die Anerkennung der Normgerechtheit entscheidet der Sonderausschuss nach Anhören des Antragstellers in folgender Besetzung: a) Obmann des Arbeitsausschusses "Brennwertkessel" im NHRS, b) Obmann des Arbeitsausschusses "Gasgeräte" im NAGas, c) Leiter der Prüfstelle, die mit der Prüfung beauftragt wurde, d) 1 Vertreter der Bauaufsicht e) 1 Vertreter der Hersteller f) je ein Vertreter der NHRS- und NAGas Geschäftsstelle Die Entscheidung der Anerkennung der Normgerechtheit hat sich danach zu richten, ob die nach dieser Norm an Kesseln in bezug aufSicherheit,Funktionsfähigkeit und Prüfung zu stellenden Anforderungen auf andere Weise, als in der Norm vorgesehen, erfüllt sind. Die vom Sonderausschuss ausgesprochene Anerkennung der Normgerechtheit bedarf zu ihrer Wirksamkeit der Bestätigung durch den für DIN 4702 Teil 6 zuständigen Arbeitsausschuss. Der Antrag auf Anerkennung der Normgerechtheit gilt als Normungsantrag. Die Anerkennung der Normgerechtheit durch den Sonderausschuss gilt als Annahme des Normungsantrages. Er ist im DIN-Anzeiger für technische Regeln der DIN-Mitteilungen mit dem Hinweis zu veröffentlichen, dass es beabsichtigt sei, eine entsprechende Folgeausgabe der Norm im Kurzverfahren herauszugeben. Sobald die für das Kurzverfahren zu Stellungnahmen eingeräumte Frist von 4 Wochen abgelaufen ist, ohne dass Einsprüche eingegangen sind, hat die Bestätigung der Anerkennung der Normgerechtheit durch den Arbeitsausschuss die Wirkung der Verabschiedung der Folgeausgabe.
