Applies to finished parts made of solid wood for joinery as described in DIN 18355. DIN 68360 Part 1 applies to parts which are partly or wholly exposed to the weather, e.g. windows, window walls, exterior doors and housed gates. DIN 68360 Part 2 applies to parts for interior use.
