Diese Norm gilt für schwere Steigleitern, die in Laderäumen eingesetzt werden, in denen ür Leitern leichter oder mittelschwerer Bauart die Gefahr der Beschädigung durch das Ladegut oder durch die Lösch- und Ladeeinrichtungen besteht, z. B. Massengutschiffen.
