Die Technische Spezifikation legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Gesamtgehaltes an Kohlenstoff, Wasserstoff und Stickstoff in festen Sekundärbrennstoffen mithilfe instrumenteller Verfahren fest. Das Verfahren gilt für Massenanteile, bezogen auf die Trockenmasse, von grösser 0,1 % C, grösser 0,01 % N und grösser 0,1 % H.
