Diese Technische Spezifikation gibt in Verbindung mit EN 61851-1 die Anforderungen für Gleichstrom-Elektrofahrzeug-Ladestationen an, die für die konduktive Ladung von Elektrofahrzeugen vorgesehen sind und mit Wechselspannung nach IEC 60038 bis 690 V versorgt werden. Diese Technische Spezifikation erfasst nicht alle mit der Wartung zusammenhängenden Sicherheitsaspekte.
