This standard is included in DIN Handbook 56 and 56/1. Provides guidance on the on-site check of equipment for radioscopy when the image is shown on a display unit which includes image processing. The sources of radiation can be either X-rays or gamma rays. Determines rules for testing a radioscopic system for ensuring a constant level of inspection quality. These tests should be easily conducted by system operators and are based on an input signal from specified image quality indicators.
