Determines stigmastadienes in virgin vegetable oils having low concentrations of these hydrocarbons, especially virgin olive oil. Covers all vegetable oils, however, measurements can only be relied upon where content of these hydrocarbons is between 0,1 mg/kg and 4,0 mg/kg.
