Contains a total 40 standards, which deal with water pipework, gas pipes, pipework for process engineering plant, site drainage and sewerage systems, and valves. Standards covering welding aspects of pipework and corrosion protection complete the volume. The current edition reflects the impact of the new pressure equipment directive, containing many DIN Standards that have been revised and harmonized on a European level to interpret the basic safety requirements. Of the 11 new DIN EN Standards, the DIN EN 12056 series on gravity drainage systems inside buildings deserves special mention.
