In diesem Dokument sind die erforderlichen Begriffe zur Beschreibung des Spezifikationsoperators nach DIN ISO/TS 17450-2 für die Ebenheit von vollständigen Geometrieelementen beschrieben. Das Erfassen von Formabweichungen schliesst immer einen bestimmten Filtervorgang ein. Eine zusätzliche Filterung von erfassten Merkmalen darf vorgenommen werden.
